Time seems to be moving in slow motion in the sense I feel like I can’t seem to accomplish anything. Yet it also feels like time is moving at an accelerated rate. I can not believe it is September already. My philosophy/strategy is to keep moving forward. Some time I move farther forward than others times, but I consider it a win if I continue making some progress. I am struggling with fatigue due to the heat and pain wearin’ me down. Fortunately one of the dependable things in the Universe is change, some times it takes longer than I would like, but as the saying goes “This too shall pass”. Fall is my favorite time of year and I known the temperature will be dropping.
Today I approved the order for a Madd Glass sign to hang in the front of my house. I have been wanting to get this done for a couple of months, but am pleased it is getting done . . finally. I am excited about this. I am mentally laying out placing pieces in the front yard to tie in with the sign. I am also working on a uranium owl for the front yard. So far it is looking AWESOME! I am very excited about getting this done. It will be SWEET and I will put a black light spot light on it so it will glow. Additionally I am glueing up some new pieces as well as designing others. I’m working on a custom order, which is good for a change. Progress in my style is becoming more evident in my work.To avoid discouragement I keep reminding myself this is a new journey and to remember to breath.
